Wisteria floribunda Issai - Grafted Plant in 9 cm Pot

Wisteria are perhaps one of the most memorable of all our climbing plants. In full flower they literally "cascade" with large racemes of often fragrant pea like flowers. Wisteria floribunda Issai is a winner of the RHS Award of Garden merit. Issai is a new, very floriferous variety which was raised from a cross between Wisteria floribunda and Wisteria sinensis. Issai produces abundant, compact racemes packed full of fragrant mauve to violet.pea shaped flowers with a central greenish yellow blotch in April and May. Easy to grow in full sun or dappled shade in most moist but free draining soil. It can be grown in a large pot. Wherever you plant it, it will need something to grow up! When growing in a pot or other container. Use a good quality compost. Ensure you feed regularly as a hungry plant is a poor performer.
